Modern biosecure incubation facilities producing over 200,000 healthy chicks annually β powered by science, guided by experience.
Our hatchery facility spans over 3,000 sq. ft., housing advanced setter and hatcher machines capable of processing 50,000 eggs per cycle. Every parameter β temperature, humidity, turning frequency β is precisely automated and continuously monitored.
Precision temp & humidity automation 24/7
Weekly pathogen screening of all parent flocks

Climate-controlled vans for safe delivery
We source eggs exclusively from our certified, disease-free parent flocks. Birds are tested weekly for pathogens and maintained in biosecure housing. Only eggs from peak-performance flocks enter the hatchery.
Fertile eggs are collected multiple times daily, inspected for cracks and abnormalities, then fumigated with formaldehyde gas in our sealed disinfection chambers before entering the setter room.
Eggs are placed in our digital setters. Temperature is held at 37.8Β°C with 56% relative humidity. Automated turning every 2 hours ensures uniform development. Candling at day 7 and 14 removes infertile eggs.
Eggs are transferred to hatching trays in our hatcher cabinets. Turning stops; temperature lowers slightly to 37.2Β°C; humidity rises to 65%. Chicks pip and hatch over a 24-hour window.
Newly hatched chicks are pulled, sexed if required, and vaccinated against Marek's disease in-ovo or by subcutaneous injection. Chicks are counted, boxed in ventilated trays, and dispatched within 6 hours of hatch for maximum viability.
We hatch a curated selection of the world's best-performing broiler and layer breeds, available year-round.
Industry-standard broiler with exceptional feed conversion and rapid 6-week harvest weight of 2.2 kg+.
High-production brown-egg layer averaging 320+ eggs/year with low mortality rate.
